Gracie Johnstone

Gracie is a Clinical Psychologist. Gracie has gained valuable experience in various community mental health and clinical service settings throughout her career, enabling her to engage with individuals from diverse cultural and social backgrounds. Gracie is passionate about empowering women to express their true selves, heal attachment wounds, and embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth. She is an LGBTQIA+ friendly and sex worker-allied psychologist and provides a welcoming environment for clients who identify as such.
With a compassionate and understanding approach, Gracie fosters a non-judgmental and secure space for open and collaborative communication between herself and her clients. She values honesty and transparency, and ensuring that clients feel comfortable expressing themselves freely. Gracie uses an evidence-based approach to therapy and customises her interventions to suit each client's unique needs and goals. She primarily uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy.
Gracie is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS). Gracie sees clients from age 16 years and above.
Matthew is a psychologist, currently completing his registration for endorsement as a clinical psychologist. Matthew has gained experience working in private practice, public mental health and at sports organisations.
Matthew sees clients presenting with a range of concerns, including but not limited to depression, grief and bereavement, anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Here, he focuses on providing a space for clients to express what is most pertinent to them, whilst proposing areas that he deems suitable for intervention. Further, Matthew has completed neuroscience research into empathy and compassion, which he utilises in practice.
Matthew uses an evidence-based approach to therapy, drawing from modalities of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).
